New Installation
You picked out a mini split — now let's get it done right. We handle everything from the line set to the electrical to the startup. Clean, professional, and backed by our work warranty.
Professional Reinstall
Your system isn't cooling like it used to? Chances are the original install had a bad flare. We fix it the right way — recover the freon, re-flare the lines, pressure test, vacuum, and recharge. Done.
Deep Clean

Bought a Mini Split Online and Need It Installed?
We get this call all the time — and we love it. You did your homework, found a great unit, and now you need someone who actually knows how to install it properly. That's us.
Here's the thing most HVAC companies won't tell you: a mini split that's not cooling is almost never a broken unit. It's almost always a bad install. Bad flare connections let refrigerant leak out slowly until the system stops working. We've seen it hundreds of times.
That's why we won't just "service" a system we didn't install. We need to know it was done right — and if it wasn't, we'll fix it the right way with our Professional Reinstall.
Why We Can't Just "Top Off" Your Freon
We know it sounds like we're being difficult — we're not. If we add refrigerant to a leaking system and it fails six months later, that's not fair to you. We'd rather be honest upfront than have you call us frustrated down the road.
Before we can service a system we didn't install, we need to know:
- Was a nitrogen purge and pressure test done at the original install?
- Was air allowed to enter the refrigerant lines?
- Was a deep vacuum pull completed and held to spec?
- Were proper charge procedures followed?
- Were flare connections formed correctly with calibrated tooling?
Our 6-Step Reinstall Process
Recover All Refrigerant
Freon is fully recovered using certified equipment — nothing is vented. We do this right.
Cut & Re-Flare Line Ends
All existing flare connections are cut off. New, professionally formed flares are created to factory spec — this is where most installs fail.
Nitrogen Purge & Pressure Check
Lines are purged with dry nitrogen and held under pressure to confirm zero leaks before any refrigerant goes in.
Deep Vacuum Pull
A micron-level vacuum is pulled and held to remove all moisture and air from the refrigerant circuit. No shortcuts here.
Recharge to Spec
Refrigerant is weighed in to manufacturer specifications — not guessed, not estimated. Exactly right.
Performance Verification
Delta-T, superheat, subcooling, and airflow are verified against factory specs. We don't leave until it's right.
